Nov 22 (Reuters) - EasyFill AB  EASYb.ST : 
    * Says rights issue of B-shares has been oversubscribed, 
subscription rate 271 pct 
    * Issue provides company with  proceeds of about 23.1 
million Swedish crowns ($2.50 million) before issue costs and 
set-off 
    * Will raise net proceeds of about 17.3 million crowns
